Refunds

After receiving your returned item:

  • Our team will inspect the jewelry to ensure it meets return conditions
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items
