We are located in Texas , USA.

Do you take custom orders?

We love creating your dream pieces! We are happy to accommodate custom requests whenever possible. Please email us at theauravintage88@gmail.com with a detailed description of what you’re looking for.


Shipping & Processing

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days for processing as many of our items are handmade with care.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer FREE standard shipping for all US orders over $100. For other orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and we primarily use DHL Express for fast and secure global delivery.

Returns & Repairs

What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unworn condition. To start a return, please email

theauravintage88@gmail.com with your order number.

(Note: Customers are responsible for shipping and restocking fees related to returns/exchanges).

Do you offer repairs?

We offer lifetime repairs for damaged pieces (if repairable). We also provide a 60-day warranty for general wear and tear. Please email us photos of the damage to get started. Customers are responsible for shipping fees and any necessary materials.

Jewelry Care & Packaging

How will my jewelry be packaged?

Every order arrives in a The Aura Vintage original design jewelry box—perfect for gifting! We provide one box per order. If you need additional boxes for multiple gifts, please leave a note at checkout.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To prolong the life of your vintage pieces, avoid moisture (showering, swimming, perfumes, or lotions). Clean with a soft cloth and store in an air-tight box. A care card is included in every order.

Orders & Safety

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We highly recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance at checkout. If insurance is not purchased, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct before placing an order.

When will out-of-stock items be restocked?

Due to the unique nature of vintage pieces, we don't have exact restock dates. You can click “Email when available” on any product page to be the first to know if it returns!
